The Wanxiang Blockchain Hackathon 2023 kicked off in Hongkou Technology Financial Building, 15 September under the theme of “Future Web3.0”, marking the official start of 2023 Shanghai International Blockchain Week. 36 teams stood out over a hundred, gathering here for further exploration and creative thoughts into Web3.0 mass adoption, AI, and DePIN.
Yu Du, General Manager of Wanxiang Blockchain Labs delivered a welcome speech at the opening ceremony. “This year’s Hackathon is looking for projects built for Web3.0 mass adoption, AI, and DePIN. We believe these three tracks will open up unparalleled new opportunities in the next 3–5 years. We are expecting Hackathon projects geared towards AI and IoT as well as human beings with a mission to further improve the Web3.0 infrastructure.”
The opening ceremony was also joined by Ming Shi, Founder & CEO of HOTDOG, Louis Lu, Qtum Developer Advocate, Xuesong Xiao, Solution Architect of AWS Startup Ecosystem. AWS rolls out “Web3.0+AI” Innovation Award, and offers the winner a $25,000 rebate to access AWS cloud resources. Qtum encourages explorations on AIGC+Web3.0, and offers a reward worth $10,000. HOTDOG rewards those building solutions upon its Swap architecture. Plus, our NFT partner NFTScan will provide NFT data services worth $5,000 for teams shortlisted for the Hackathon final.

AI Phototo
AI Phototo is a big project integrating AI, Web3, C-end, B-end and operation-end. With the use of AIGC it makes creation & learning easier and quicker. With the use of blockchain it makes every piece of work traceable and verifiable.
AIShow
AIShow is a decentralized AI model sharing and creation platform that allows everyone to create their own soul mate. You can generate a satisfactory partner image through a virtual human model, train a partner model that truly understands you, and use evolving NFTs to integrate the partner image and model into one.
Artgo
Artgo aims to create an AIGC-based NFT creating/trading platform, while using ZK technology to encrypt and publish the Prompt onto blockchain to protect the privacy and copyright of NFT creators.
Our R&D team consists of AI and Web3 professionals who have years of experience in their respective fields. The AI capabilities are provided by the Waterwheel team. We aim to build an NFT creating and trading platform on Aleo with the best user experience.
ByteSprint
ByteSprint is a Web3.0-based IT crowd-sourcing platform that helps lower the cost of human resources and management. With its platform token BTYD, it resolves the long-standing distrust in the crowd-sourcing industry.
Dao-Entrance
DAO-entrance focuses on providing DAO with a comprehensive collaborative tool. The tool will help DAO to set up a core team. After the core team authorized by the community, they can make decisions on the daily affairs of DAO, in order to avoiding endless voting.

A task-oriented AI assistant & Plug-in Marketplace.
Dcircle Chain
Dcircle Chain is a bridge connecting L1/L2 and applications built upon individual nodes, and intermediately via data blocks, smart contracts, PBF, etc. It provides zero-barrier construction of various modules of non-financial Web3 applications and an open protocol layer, enabling users to participate in multiple applications on L3 through PBF and control behaviors, content, and other assets on the chain.
Demand Abstraction
With AI and Web3, our project further upgrades the current account abstraction (AA) and chain abstraction to demand abstraction as the ultimate way of Web3 interaction more natural and efficient than the current Web2 interaction based on Apps.
Donate3
Donate3 is a Web 3. 0 donation tool (also a public item). It allows public goods and creators to create donations in just 5 minutes, with secure accounts, low fees, and EAS authentication.
FusionMate
FusionMate makes “one-man company” possible, where one person plus several AI assistants with various professional skills provided by FusionMate can make a company.
GenesisLink Router Project
GenesisLink aims to build Web3.0 infrastructure and provide basic hardware support for the development of Web 3. 0. The independently developed router based on Peaq and Helium can make on-chain RWA assets. Also, the software has solved the hardware identity authentication problem based on the self-sovereign identity (SSI), and plans to add artificial intelligence data preprocessing functions and artificial intelligence agents in the later stage.
Ideal Land
We aim to build a decentralized social platform, which is mainly divided into two parts: Score and credit rating for each wallet by building an underlying decentralized social protocol giving it an on-chain identity; Build a decentralized social platform where users can share platform protocol revenue based on their level of on-chain identity.
Keepup
Keepup increases operational ROI for IoT and internet of vehicles by using IoT and core technologies in blockchain smart cities. Powered by the new-generation sensor information and IoT technology, it enables the improved security in blockchain and IoT.
Ketchup Protocol
Ketchup Protocol is a social protocol for “interest communities”, digitalizing and tokenizing strangers’ interest communities into digital assets. By doing so these communities will have DAO and CO features like identities, tokens, vault, incentive mechanisms, and more.
Lithiums
Lithiums allows individuals and charging pile operators to independently build and distribute smart charging pile networks. By building a trusted Lithium blockchain network and with the use of Proof of Charge (POC), it helps build a decentralized charging pile network.
MatrixAI
MatrixAI includes a protocol for integrating and scheduling computing power, as well as a peer-to-peer trading market. Its main use case is to allocate computing tasks to idle computing power, and providers receive economic incentives by submitting proof of calculation.
MicrosolarX
MicrosolarX is a decentralized smart renewable energy microgrid system built with a communication network for energy data collection and monitoring, and a distributed renewable energy network. It has a complete Web3.0 infrastructure service system, allowing everyone to participate in the construction of energy networks.
Mirror Realms
MirrorRealms is an ACGN competitive Web 3.0 game. It generates character prototypes using stable diffusion, and assetizes and tokenize weapons and skins using open and transparent smart contracts. Players can get weapon NFTs and trade weapons.
Morphing Blocks
Morphing Blocks is an IoT L3 combining DePIN with RWA, with a mission to bridge the physical world and blockchain. With the use of IoT sensing technology, it connects the off-chain sensing network with on-chain assets.
Myworld
Myworld is a complete Web3.0 infrastructure service system aimed at developing a network being built by all. Our DePIN hardware and software are fully open source.
nomland
nomland comes out of the community, practicing the concept of PCF-product community fit. We love community and dive into collaborations and social behaviors.
NonceGeekDAO
NonceGeekDAO regards public vector databases as some sort of Web 3.0 public goods, maintains public databases using smart contracts, and resolves potential data loss using Arweave. Furthermore, we have developed a smart contract generation scaffolding to automatically generate code through LLMs.
OceanLife
OceanLife is a decentralized project focusing on Web 3.0 infrastructure with a mission to achieve sustainable yellowfin tuna farming on Mindoro Island, including post-harvest facilities, logistics, and direct farm-to-table supply.
pinex
A highly scalable DA solution built with three-layer architecture and off-chain storage. It’s far more scalable than current DA solutions like Celestia.
PoPP
Web3 technology and AI tools are used to create a private community for creators, reduce the cost of community operation and management, help creators connect with real fans, let creators concentrate on creation, thus generate a fair, transparent co-creation & co-monetization environment for creators and their fans.
Saame protocol
Saame is an AI-powered Instant Messenger (IM) Protocol seeking a Seed round financing of $1.6M based on a FDV of $20M. By offering integration tools for both Web2 and Web3 instant messaging (IM) platforms, and refining AI engines, Saame is developing a new breed of AI-powered communication tools specifically designed for Web3 users.
Shanhai Go
An experimental full-chain game to explore an editable ocean layer in an autonomous world. Players, creators, and developers have a highly unified identity in the interconnected sea, where they can complete others’ tasks within the known sea, make new marine rules, and even develop and upload their own marine maps. ToioT is a Bluetooth-based consumer DePIN network, a decentralized “Dianping” based on indoor LBS rebuilt from the communication layer.

An AI-trained simulation game covering Web3 trip, game and AI, where prototype models are generated using Midjourney and then form a resource library. It uses live2D Cubism to convert the prototype into animations. It supports multiple blockchains and cross-chain services for game props.
